I did easy transfer (backing-up) on my 32bit Win7 onto an external HD. I would like to wipe it out and install the 64 bit win7 which my Quad core is capable of and easy transfering my files etc. back. Is this possible? Thanks

While you can backup documents, files, etc, you will need to do a clean install ... you cant upgrade from a 32bit to a 64bit version of Windows... ;)
