unable to Discover the MFP is the Network

unable to Discover the MFP is the Network
hence unable to install WIA Driver from the network ,In vista all the MFP were discoverd and able to install WIA Driver
kindly tell us any setting need to be done in the System.

and this problem is observed in Windows 7RC Build but not in vista or Windows 7000 build
