Hello,

I need some help here, I have no idea where to start to look, I don't really want to go out and throw my money around on something that is truly not worth what I am spending,

I am looking for a LCD monitor at least 21" or more, I don't have a specific brand but I am looking for something I am going to get a bang from my buck.

My budget I want to keep it under $200 CND, I know it might be hard to work with but I have little to spend.

Swifty my best advice is to buy a "brand name" and not the cheap ones that are about.

+1 Get a brand name with a 3 year warranty. The extra money spent will come back to you if the warranty has to be used. If it does last past the warranty then you got your moneys worth. I like Samsung also.
