Hotkey program?

Hi all,
I've used Winkey (Download WinKey 2.8 Free - WinKey starts your favorite applications, folders, and Web pages instantly. - Softpedia) over a number of versions of Windows. However it won't install in Windows 7. Can someone recommend a similar program?
I used it to open some websites that I go to often as well as some frequently use applications.

I use Download Free Hotkeycontrol XP, Hotkeycontrol XP 7.0 Download.

I found this post because I was looking for other programs.

This does open file and folder locations and also websites. Actually it does quite a view things.
