My pc will be hang when a dvd in dvd writer put on drive

My DVD drive is gone or hang when a dvd in dvd writer put on this

I do not have any problems with the system and easy to work until a dvd in dvd writer put on this
when pc will be hang

In your opinion, what is my problem

first, check device manager to see if windows sees the DVD drive. if not, check to see if it's recognized in BIOS.

I can see My DVD drive on my computer

i can work my pc very well
Everything is fine until

A DVD into the DVD drive
pc will be hang
Restarts should be

I have a dvd writer LG sata I have no problem also with this

so it was slightly difficult to understand what exactly the symptoms of your problem is. But try disabling autoplay for that DVD drive and see if it helps
