Occasionally for the last month around the same time a new USB driver update for windows came out my pc will reboot after I turn the monitor off (TV over HDMI) or if I go to shut down it doesn't get past the blue shutting down screen and I have to manually shut it down by holding the power button down, I have the minidump files but I am unsure where to upload them to if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated I have not had any other issues than this with BSOD or any other issues with my new PC

I ran the BSOD dump and system file collection app but I can't figure out how to save the System Health Report as an HTML

Hi Lessthantito and welcome;

Why dont you get us what you have and if we need the report we can get it from you later. The most important parts of the folder are the DMP files. Please check to make sure they were included.

When the app is not run as admin the DMP's may not be collected.

Thanks in advance

Jan

Hi LTT

These were caused by your bluetooth remote driver and some drivers that urgently need updating (circa 2005)

Description: Bluetooth Remote Control Device; BthAvrcp.sys. It needs to be removed updated and re-installed.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html
