Are you sure you have the right driver? Not trying to insult you or anything but I have that exact same graphics card and I know that the Nvidia site has many drivers to choose from just for that card alone. It might be worthwhile to double check your specs (OS x64 or x86, graphics card and your driver)

Good luck

Did you try the driver I suggested?

If yes, look at device manager and see if you have any yellow warnings.

Hi delilah, Welcome to the forums ,try this link Drivers | drivers for mobile cards and laptops | laptopvideo2go.com , If you have any problems with the drivers try the Vista drivers in compatibility mode http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html ;)

1st) ty for your welcoming.. :D
2nd) I've been on this site for the past half hour, I found the right driver, I downloaded and I think that I'm supposed to replace an inf file or sth but I dont quite get it. Not yet at least.. Thanks anyway though..

well, still no luck. the message that comes up is in greek so i cant really translate it, but its sth about no compability between hardware and nvidia settings and that the installation has to end. :(

That driver is specific for your hardware. And you did check for errors in device manager?

i did that thing with the replacing inf and it seems that the installation was completed. there seems to be no yellow warning on my graphic card on the device manager now.
still, my laptop doesnt seem to find the external monitors. do you have any idea why or is that too much too ask??
