with battery charging on laptops within Windows 7?
I ask because I had an Ergo Ensis S Intel Pentium 1.60GHz and tried 2 different ones and both batteries went to flat and would not charge.
I have now just got an Acer Travelmate 4600, the battery was at 97% when first using it, but now it is down to 42% and is NOT charging depsite the power plug being in.
Now, on the Ergos perhaps but now this is a different laptop altogether and the same problem is happening and the one common thing between all 3 laptops is Windows 7.
This has been the same in build 7000, 7100, 7127.
Does Windows 7 have a problem with the battery charging part of it?
thanks in advance.
