Hi markst....

personally i'd go for the 9800GTX 512mb, its the better card, higher clocks, 128 cores over 112 on the GT.....

the 1GB VRAM on a G92 card is a gimmick, its limited by a 256bit bus which makes just over 512mb of accessible VRAM, the rest just dont get utilized.

what about the 9800GTX+, this is better still, runs cooler & can be picked up very cheap now..??

Originally I had a BFG 8800 GT that went bad so I returned it to BFG since it was still under warranty. In the mean time I bought the BFG 9800 GT 1024 which was on sale. When my replacement showed up I was suprised to see the replacement was the BFG 9800 GTX, so that is why I asked..
