Hi!
I've got some bsod's recently and I couldn't figure it out myself. It would
be great if you guys could give me some advice. I e-mailed the website from which I ordered my PC and they asked to send it to them. I prefer trying to fix it myself first. Again, it would be great if you guys could help me with that (:

Basic information:
- 64 bit windows 7 home premium
- Full retail, installed it myself

- My hardware is like 3 - 2 months old
- I reinstalled my OS sunday. Before that I had exactly the same OS and harware

I attached the files

Thanks in advance!!! (:

Hi -

These drivers need to be updated -
Code:
[FONT=lucida console]netr28ux.sys Wed Feb 25 21:49:17 2009 (49A6032D) - D-Link DWA-140 RangeBooster N USB Adapter (rev.B2)[/FONT]

[FONT=lucida console]Rt64win7.sys Thu Aug 20 12:05:06 2009 (4A8D7432) - Realtek NIC - [URL="http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false"]Realtek[/URL][/FONT]
Realtek NIC - Realtek

D-Link's own Forums report trouble with the DWA-140 drivers in Windows 7 - DWA-140 does not work with Win7 64bit

I don't have a driver download site link for you. Try a different USB wifi adapter or the Ethernet and see if system is then stable. If so, the DWA-140 needs to be replaced.

If BSODs persist, run the Driver Verifier -- Driver Verifier - jcgriff2.com

Thanks for your quick response! I really appreciate it.
In that topic about the DWA-140 they talk about installing drivers from ralink instead. Is it worth trying that? And for the realtek drivers, I don't know which one to install from that list.. :(

Hi -

Try the first one here --> Ralink corp.

Windows 7 should create a system restore point, but I would advise that you create one as an added measure -
START | type create | select "Create a Restore Point"

Install the drivers. If they make things worse, run system restore using the restore point you created -
START | type rstrui
