Windows 7 BSOD issues

Hey guys,

I hope you can help. I have been getting quite a few blue screens while using Windows 7. Most of them appear random, but it happenes every time I try and sync my iPhone to iTunes. It's starting to drive me crazy..!

I'm running Windows 7 32bit
This is an upgrade from Windows Vista that came installed on the laptop.
I have re-installed Windows 7 several times. The latest was roughly 5 months ago.
I bought the laptop early in 2009.

The data you asked for in the BSOD posting instructions are attached.

Hi Ed and welcome

these were caused by rapportPG.sys, which I havent been able to find the owner for. You should uninstall it.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

Hi again guys.

I've been downloading most of the drivers listed above, but I've noticed a few that I really don't recognise, and some I def don't use anymore (eg seehcri.sys - this was for an old sony ericsson phone suite). Are you able to give me any advice on how to get rid of these?

Ed.. the easiest way is to rename the driver with a .bak extention, so long as you are positive that the driver is no longer needed/wanted.. ;)
