On turning on pc,icons and text is fuzzy (like its shaking)

Hi when i turn on pc the screen is fuzzy,text is fuzzy like its dancing,after bout 3 mins it goes away and is fine!any help as to what this is happens evy now and then altho now it happens at every start up of pc:cry:

Have you downloaded the latest drivers for your video card? It also sounds like an incorrect monitor refresh but it would stay like that if it was :huh:

also if you could get some images to show us that'd be very handy

yea got the 258 latest one,refresh rate is 60 hz!its not the card is it ,its not that old,monitor is bout 5 years old tho/?
