Launch Window startup repair

Hi,

Everytime i turn my computer on it launches into startup repair (recommended)
Windows laoding files
Starup repair is checking your system for problems
do you want to restore your computer using system restore

Could anybody please help as my child needs this computer to do his homework on.

Run a sfc scan, that'll fix any corrupted system files. Run it 3-4 times. Heres a tutorial to walk you through the process.

Try a system restore as it might solve the problem...

is the windows disc in the DVD drive? are you letting startup repair complete? do you shutdown the computer properly, not just press the power button? have you run windows update?
