Usb Port wont read anythink i plug in or it keep Disconnecting

everytime i plug my zen into my computer or my Storage device it only connect for a little while

also my Missies ipod wont evin connect at all anymore it starting to get really Annoying tryed loads of Way to fix it reinstilling driver, unpluging the plug to reset ports, turned the power saveing off and it still not working

Dose anyone have a Fix?
