Yesterday, I created a new partition on my HD, and moved my documents, videos, and music into it. Today, when I opened my WMP, it began "updating media files"... and it created a second copy of all my music! A typical album now looks like this:
track 1
track 1
track 2
track 2
...etc...
I checked my libraries, and there is now two music folders in there... "My Music" (in the new partition) and "Music" (in the original partition)... but the original has "0" kbytes of data.
Interestingly, the same is not true of the documents, video, or picture folders... only the music!?!
Has anyone seen this before, and can I fix it somehow?
Thanks!
