How do I get change the Colour Management? on windows 7 Ultimate?

I'm trying to change the brightness on my personal computer. I've gone through the Control Panel; administration; tried to search, but shows no results there. I can't change the brightness on the actual monitor. (using the buttons) even the Func button doesn't have the options.
