Marvell Raid 0 Driver Problem on SATA III 6Gb on 64 bit install

I have recently bought 2 1Tb Western Digital SATA III 6 Gb HDDs.
The idea being, that I would Install Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit via the onboard Marvell controller in Raid 0.
I have not even got past the Collecting Information part of install, because no matter what Driver I try to load, Windows refuses the drivers because it says they are unsigned.
It tells me to load 32bit and 64bit signed drivers but I've tried every Marvell Raid driver I can find including ones from ASUS site.
Says the same every time and I either need to be told what I'm doing wrong or a driver set that works or a way of getting round the problem.
I have tried loading from Floppy and flash drive.
Might it be possible to install without the Raid drivers and add them after install, probably a stupid question but I'm amazed what some people can do sometimes.
I have the latest BIOS so that I can run with my new Phenom II x 6.
The raid array shows up fine in BIOS and shows as Disk 0 Partition 2 1861.9 GB Primary during install.

There is a way to get around the un-signed drivers... It was in a thread a short while ago.

I will try to find it, but in the mean time, google "using unsigned drivers in windows 7" and you might get a result :D

EDIT:

Found it. You can disable driver verification enforcement via advanced boot options:

Thanks for the reply, did what you said and same result, will not let me load any drivers, now I'm just loading Windows 7 64bit onto my array without Raid drivers just to see what happens. Even tho I did the F8 thing and scrolled down to the part where you tell windows to ignore unsigned drivers, instead, it ignored me

Well that answers that one, goes through the install but won't load after reboot, no drivers. Don't think I will be able to load Windows 7 in Raid 0 on a Sata III because I can't find any drivers that setup will accept. Every one has come up as Unsigned.

What motherboard are you installing on.
Your specs show a Gigabyte mobo but post one you state you are trying ASUS drivers.

I'm going to put the windows 7 disk back in the box, put it on the shelf and find another source and put that on instead. Probably i cant use sata III but I've been chasing one problem after another and I'm sick of windows 7 and microsofts security crap

The problem is Gigabyte. Read your manual or download at Gigabyte.

Very different for certain but not Microsofts fault.

Manual here. Page 100 tells you steps after installing OS to install the drivers. They are evidently not plug and play drivers. A bit more to it.
Instructions are for Vista. That is all I found.
GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3 - GA-790FXTA-UD5 (rev. 1.0)

Hi all, I have been on the Gigabyte Forum and other people have had the same problem, common denominator is Western Digital Sata III drives.
I dont know personally but I take notice of more knowledgable people than me cuz I am fairly new at the more modern tech.
The people I chatted with have now changed to either Seagate or Hitatchi HDDs and report no problem.
I was saving up for a couple of good ATI GDDR5 graphics cards but I guess they will have to wait.
I also have a Gigabyte MA770T-DD3P with 2 Sata II 1 Tb Samsung Spinpoint 3s in Raid 0, AMD AM3 Phenom II 965 x 4, 4Gb DDR3 1333, runs on Windows 7 64bit Ultimate, No problems with this machine at all.

I know this CAN be done because I did it with a pair of WD SATA3 drives in RAID0 on the Marvell controller with Windows 7 x64 about 9 months ago on my Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Rev 1 motherboard... I just can't remember how I did it... I think I remember using a driver on the motherboard CD.

You do know that benchmarks have shown that these drives actually operate faster in RAID0 on the intel controller right?
