There is a 1 to 2 inch black border around the 1080p display output from my laptop (via HDMI) to my Toshiba LCD 1080p HDTV. The laptop model is a HP Envy 17 4054ca.
The graphics card is a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650. I think this is a underscan problem. Is there any way to adjust the under/over scan on this card? I read about an ATI Catalyst Control Center software to make these kinds of adjustments, but I can't find anything like this on my laptop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
BTW: The graphics driver is up to date acording to the HP driver support page for my model.
