Will this work if i buy the Windows 7 Ultimate X86 Full version and clean install on my Desktop pc wich has Windows Vista Home Basic X86.

Will what work? If you mean whether you can do a clean install with a full version ultimate disk, yes you can. But why dont you buy an upgrade disk- its much cheaper and you can do a clean install with it. And why do you look angry?
