I have being looking for a PDF converter but I have only come up with retail ones, can anyone please suggest a freeware one ?, any help appreciated

Ciara I've tried this PDF to Word doc file converter: 1-2-3 FileConvert - Free PDF to Word Converter and not only does it work well, but the resulting Word doc is editable --- a very important feature for my work.

Here are a few others that are supposed to be editable:
