Hi!
I get a BSOD or just system freeze/strange crashes of critical windows functions when I start the computer after being switched off for a couple of hours. After 3-5 resets it starts booting fine and running ok. During BSOD I get the following dump file can anyone help me debug this and maybe you also have a clue that points me in the right direction?

Thanks /John

Hi John, that dump file is probably a memory dump as opposed to a mini dump. Many of us here are not able to work with memory dumps. Read the last part of the first post of this tutorial and make sure your system is configured for mini dumps. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83172-dump-files-upload-seven-forums.html

Next read this tutorial and follow the instructions: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Just from your brief description of the problem, I suspect either a power supply problem or a RAM problem.
