Error while installing Microsoft Mathematics 4.0

When I try to install MM 4.0 I get this error. I really need this program.

I allready tryed right click run as admin,but the same error. Tryed and compactibility mode for Win XP SP2 and SP3,still get that error when the part to create shortcuts is comming.
