What Would Cause This To Happen To Applications When Opened????? HELP!

Just recently I open a couple of differnt programs and they started looking like this when opened. I don't know what else to do. I have tried everything almost. I need your help asap. Because it's really beginning to bug me. Thanks in advance!!View attachment 135482
