Dynamic HD, Windows 7 won't load after format

hello last night i tried to delete a partition i made from my main HD C: (it kept not deleting) , then i clicked by mistake to make the disks into Dynamic ... I backed up everything, when i restart PC he wouldnt load to windows so i formatted it and reinstalled windows (windows 7 x64bit), so basically after i do this, it wont load still. I tried to do F8 to load the advanced boot options, it won't load, i don't have F lock in keyboard, I tried F8, F5, CTRL, DEL, Left SHIFT, none of them will bring up the advanced boot options, i tried through the repair but it wouldn't let me either, so basically what can i do? I am rly desperate right now, i'm afraid i just fcked up my pc and can't use it anymore.

Update: i was able tio access to command prompt through the repair your computer but it won't let me do like it is taught in how to convert a dynamic disk back to basic because it tells me the disk is in use. is there any other way to do this?

IF someone can give me a fast reply id be thankful
