Solved Can't turn on system restore

I am trying to turn my system restore back on in Win7 - but I keep getting an error about filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect (0x8007007B).

I changed out a hard drive several months ago.

I've looked at the Disk Manager - don't see anything unusual.
