Please post back a screenshot of your full Disk Management drive map with listings, using Snipping Tool in Start Menu, and we will give you the exact steps.

You need to back up your files anyway whenever doing repartioning. If you can't put them on another HD, external or DVD, or transfer them over the network to another computer, you can get 25gb worth of free storage on Windows Skydrive with each Windows Live ID. Google Skydrive.

Hello haezo, welcome to Seven Forums!

   Note

In the Windows start menu right click computer and click manage, in the left pane of the "Computer Management" window that opens click disk management and post a snip of that with a full description of what is what.

If you have nothing you want to save in Vista, then do the following:
1) Use the Win7 Backup feature to create and burn a Win7 Repair CD -- you will need this later
2) Use the Disk Management feature to remove the Vista partition.
3) Reboot the PC. If it boots OK, you're fine, but if the Win7 boot loader files were installed on the Vista partition (which is likely), you need to continue ...
4) Boot from the Repair CD
5) Run Startup Repair -- you may have to do this three times. This will install the Win7 boot loader files to your Win7 partition.

Mark the 7 partition Active in Disk Management before running the Repairs.

You can also mark it Active from the DVD/Repair CD: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/71432-partition-mark-active.html
