I found out about that when mentioning another item someone passed by me for a Ram, cpu taskbar which is also much like a customization as well as having indicator bars running under the taskbar itself. Page #147 Post #1461

Instead of seeing buttons with meters you see the cpu strobing out from one side and a ram indicator bar from the other. You can thank Airbot for bringing the Taskbar Meters to my attention so I could update you here about it. :D
