Reformatted windows 7 32 now it's running really slow

Hi guys it's me again. My laptop ran fine when I reinstalled windows 7 but now i have another problem I reformatted my laptop again and reinstalled windows 7 now when I use it, it's running very very slow like I click my computer and it takes 10 mins to load. Please help me.

Since this is a new install and presumably malware free, its possible theres a driver/software conflict. Run a clean boot procedure.

Also update all device drivers.
