I don't know how it happened.

In Control Panel, I am the admin.
In netplwiz, I am in Administrators.
(I remember it as being HomeUsers, Administrators).

Can I solve this?

Problem is I am the only user and I am the Administrator. I want to delete a folder in a drive, but it is telling me that I need the admin rights to do that and to contact with the network administrator.

It didn't work on my computer.
I merged the reg, but I didn't see any option of "Take Control" at the right click.

It seems you have other problems then. That must work.

Check with Malwarebytes .

You can also run the command prompt as Administrator and delete the file there.

Navigate to the directory and file you want to delete and type in "Del" Filename.??? Substituting the actual file name and extension for "Filename" and "???"

If that does not work then you have other problems.

I am checking with that program now.
My account was "Homeusers, Administrators" before, and now it is "Administrators" in netplwiz.

And in netplwiz, before, users were able to log in without entering a password (Only user was me, and there was a password for the account. It was just to log in without entering the password at restart). But I changed that to users must enter a password to log in. Can that be related?

Yes. If you have changed rights in some way it affects everything. Change it back to what it was and see if that solves the problem.

You can activate the "Super-Administrator" account if you have to, and you have the rights to do it, but this is best avoided.
