Computer Boots Up To Windows 7 Animation Then Restarts

Okay heres the deal. I have a Lenovo 3000 Series J115. I'm not sure of the motherboard model at all.

My old hard drive crashed, so I went ahead and bought a new one.
I installed the new one, and popped in my Windows 7 CD. The first problem happened here. During the installation where I partition my drive, it told me no drivers were found and I had to insert a floppy disk with the drives on there for my hard drive.
I didn't know what drivers I needed, nor had a floppy drive so I just transferred the hard drive to another computer in the house, and successfully installed Windows 7 on it from there.

After transferring it back to my original computer, the computer boots up (takes a long time unless I request the boot sequence to boot directly from the HDD) to the Windows 7 starting animation, where the four colors come into the Windows logo, then restarts and repeats in the process.

I've searched online, and I'm not sure if it's a connection problem or not. I think the connection I had previous to this new hard drive is the same.
The only difference is my old hard drive was SATA but it was connected with the 4 input power chord, but my new one is just connected by the SATA power connector (no option for the 4 input chord).

I'm not sure what the problem is. I tried going into the BIOS to change SATA settings and boot order preferences, however I don't see the option. I'm sure I tried checking under every setting.

Anyone have any input or experience with this?

This is the typical stall point where Win7 installed on other hardware won't start up on new hardware due to a conflict with major drivers.

The solution is to return the HD to the machine Win7 was installed upon, Sysprep it to remove all drivers, activation, and hardware ID. SysPrep to move HD to another computer

It should then start up on the new hardware and install all drivers, requesting several restarts along with other user setup participation.

If this fails we can help you further troubleshoot installation as Win7 should install to that make/model without need for HD controller drivers. You may need a newer BIOS version from Support Downloads webpage, or to reset CMOS: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS or proceed further with troubleshooting install.

From my side also same problem... my PC configured as AMD 4core Processor, Gygabyte MB, 2 GB DDR3 and 1 TB SATA HD

Few days back, my HD has been correpcted, brought new HD and try to install Win-7. Showing that there is no booting devices and sometimes it's blank after selected in BIOS boot from CD. I gone to my friend's house and installed Win-7 without any problem.

I got into back and try to boot, but it's failed to boot and restarted when win logo comes.

Please give the solution at the earliest, because I am facing this problem for 3 months......

To get Win7 to start on new hardware, SysPrep the HD on the old hardware first before moving it: SysPrep to move HD to another computer

If the old hardware isn't available, use Paragon Adaptive Restore CD, boot and point it at Win7.

If you want to troubleshoot install, where did you get Win7? Confirm ISO and burn another using ImgBurn at 4x speed if necessary. Win7 is a DVD, you do not use a CD drive.

Or write to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown menu, boot under USB, Removable or HD's.

While in BIOS setup, set SATA controller to AHCI to try install.

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.

Remove all but 2gb of RAM to try install. Test RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+
