URGENT I NEED HELP INSTALLING WINDOWS 7

HI GUYS
i have a serious problem
my computer is an ACER ASPIRE 5732Z and I LOST
I cannot install WINDOWS 7 even following the instructions like ALT* F10, ESC, F8 AND ALL TROUBLESHOOTING keys,nothing works. I have the Erecovery cd ACER sent to me, i was trying to reinnstall from the cds but doesnt read at all. the computer is turning ON properly, but thats it.
With ALT - F10, it goes to the normal troubleshooting options, the same with F8, and also with F12.
i need help if someone knows hot to fix it please let me know

Do you have files to copy out and/or want to try to repair Win7 first? If so, create a System Repair CD to copy out your files and run Startup Repair repeatedly: System Repair Disc - Create
Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

You might also try tapping the F8 key at bootup to see if the Repair console is listed on the Advanced Boot Options, then if so run Startup Repair and System Restore from the System Recovery Options

You can also find any Win7 isstallation DVD, unlock all versions to clean reinstall your licensed version with the Product Key on the COA sticker: Reinstalling Windows 7

the computer is in the process of installing, so that means that I cant use the computer.
the computer turns ON. but in SETUP IS INSTALLING, appears a message telling me to reestar the computer and reinstall windows. I have tried to do all troubleshooting using F8, ALT-F10 AND F12 buttons, ans I have been suggested from ANSWER BY ACER. But still not working.
i have the recovery cds i purchased from acer, but the computer does not read them
