How to solve desktop gadget moving after play games?

After i played games in My desktop PC my PC gadget are goes everywhere/ scatter in desktop. How do i prevent this one?

If you play the game at a lower-than-native resolution, it will cause the desktop to fit. Then, when you exit the game, and the desktop resets itself to the native resolution things will be moved from when you where playing a game.
The only way you could change this is if you kept the game running at your default resolution.
