Apply classic arrow cursor to background and busy cursor?

Maybe this sounds weird, but I like the classic cursors and I want the cursor to stay the same whether it's showing a background or busy activity.

I tried to capture the cursor and edit it with AWicons, but when I set it, the entire cursor just dissapears when I launch an app for example. But when the white cursor is smaller than the normal, it's fine.

You can just download standard classic cursor from XP and apply it to every cursor type by clicking on each type and selecting that file with Browse button.
