This one was Related to ksaud.sys WDM USB Audio Driver from Creative Technology Ltd. I would re-install using the newest driver you can find. I know Creative can be painful as I have their card as well.

Hmm it is the newest drivers for this card, not more than 14 days ago since i reinstalled my whole machine since i just hooked it up with a i7 2600k the new sabertooth p67 b3 revision and 8gig ddr3 vengeance.

But ill try and reinstall it.

Dont know if it was because i was eve online plus i was watching a movie, even though i did ESC in Eve and winged off audio enabled since i didnt want it disturbing my movie.

havent had any bsod's since, but havent tried playing a movie either with Eve, but i unplugged my usb creative 5.1 and just using my onboard from my sabertooth instead.
