I have windows 7 home premium on my 'DELL 580S'- desktop (i3, 3.2ghz, 4gb, 400gb, dvd +/- R/W). I have VLC player as default player to view all my videos. I have MOYELA FLV editor installed. I downloaded, edited & merged two '.FLV ' files, since one song was split and continued in separate files on the host site. The edited file is not playing on VLC player. But it plays well on MOYELA FLV PLAYER. So, if I change the APPLICATION to Moyela player for this edited file in 'PROPERTIES', all other files are also automatically changing to Moyela from default 'VLC'. So also, if I change the application of one '.PDF' file to 'ADOBE READER', all other files are also changing from my default 'FOXIT READER' to 'ADOBE READER'. How to change the application for only some files keeping others to my default ? I can open individually in the chosen application, but, then I have to make a note beside each file (in brackets with the name of the file) which application opens this file. Any help solving this problem will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
