Solved hard drive is now system reserved.

After a clean install of windows 7, I find one of my hard drives has a partition called system reserved (100 mb.), and it has the Dive letter of the original drive, and it seems the original drive is now called ,New Volume. This is a 250 gig. drive, so how do I access it. Do I just assign the "New Volume" drive another Drive Letter ?... do I do hard drive config..jpganything with the system reserved partition ?

What is on the right side of C disk 1. It appears that system reserved was assigned a drive letter (D) and next to it (C) is the OS. Disk 0 has not had a drive letter assigned to it. That is why it is not showing up in explorer. The screenshot you showed first, in windows explorer is the same disk. It is showing the 2 partitions of that 1 disk. Assign a drive letter to disk(0 ) and it will show up also.

Windows should be install to Disk 0. Not disk1.

You need to change the HD's round.
