No themes, no music, no internet...!

Hi guys, I got a really really strange problem since an hour ago. Can anyone help?
I Shut down the PC, and turned it on again after minutes, and boom! right from now you gotta live offline, in a grayscale silent Windows GUI. checkout these screenshots I've attached:

Explanation: The aero themes are inactive and not allowed to click on. they are like pictures now.
and yeah, in addition, as I said, I got no audio seeming not to detect the audio device and I got no internet. actually the network connections in the tray, are not in the tray and when I try to access them through the start menu's search box... well it doesn't get opened. And windows seems to detect the modem.
damn... It ruined my mood, broke my nerves....
I'll appreciate any help.

Looking at the strange wording of the error message I go for the option of checking for a virus.

If you can get into Safe Mode I'd be inclined to run a full anti-virus scan with Malwarebytes - assumimg you've got a way of downloading and installing it.

Actually I think my nod32 antivirus product has defeated any virus threats. No other suggestion?
