21 Overdesigned, Ill-Conceived, and Extravagant Everyday Items

We at MaximumTech like to think that the term Maximum carries with it certain assumptions about the prudent use and design of technology. With maximum power comes maximum responsibility…or something like that. Maximum smartness and efficiency is far better than maximum crap. You might even say our maxim is, “Maximum within reason.” Reason is the key term here, as all of the ostentatious and overdesigned items below took a normal, everyday item and threw reason out the window.
