BSOD, random blue screen of deaths

hi all, new here, hoping someone can help. recently my pc has given me two BSOD within the space of 3 weeks. i'm not that technically minded so i've no idea what i was doing the first time it happened, the second time i was only watching a video and clicking the set-up button on ventrilo and bam off it went (this has never caused any problems before). windows solutions gave me this message:

i've attached the files apparantly needed to figure out what happened. I'd appricate any help/insight as to why it did. any other info needed let me know. again much appriciated to anyone who can help.

other info:

pc was bought new 5 months ago.

windows 7 home 64 bit (its the original OS never had to re-install or anythign for new.)

Related to WN111v2w7x.sys Wireless Card Service from Netgear. yours is 2 years old, i would at least update it.
