I am currently using AMD Turion X2 2.00ghz CPU although it is not very powerful. CPU rating score is 4.9 whereas my GPU has 6.0 score. I have enough graphics card for gaming but the CPU is weak to play it on high fps rate.

My laptop isn't that old so I don't want to buy a new one. I just want to replace the CPU with a better one. Is it possible to change the CPU in a computer? If possible what do you offer for me?

Well, it is possible, but i do not recommend it.
All laptops and ready built dektop pcs are sold with an exact 'fit' power supply to cut down costs.
Therefore if you upgrade your cpu you would have to change the psu in a laptop, which would be Really unprofessional and unstable.

The answer is definitively, most definitely yes (and no). Some laptops you can, and some you can't due to the processor being soldered in. You'll have to do some research about your specific laptop to see if it is possible.

If the answer is yes, it is possble, then you need to do more research to see what others have tried. As mentioned, if you had in a processor with more of a power draw, you not only run the risk of lowering your battery life, but also causing some heat issues. Most people seem to find that the only processors they can upgrade to aren't worth the time or the money, as it is likely a minor upgrade.

CPU cooling solutions in laptops can be complicated. Even if you could, I wouldn't recommend it for just that reason.
