Solved And Still More BSODs

Sorry in my last post I said I changed CPU when I actually meant Motherboard.

After changing my motherboard and running memtest ver. 4.0 I would usually end up with 1 mil errors for every ram in every slot. Same problem happened to my last motherboard which was the same model. Whenever I run version 3.5b I would end up with no errors. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Also the last 3 BSODs are from after I changed motherboards.
