multiple BSOD

Sorry if I am doing this wrong, don't have much time. Computer has multiple BSOD. hopefully someone can help.

i had avst, uninstalled, had mse uninstalled due to mpfilter.sys.

this has become more common today. I have been dealing with it for over a year but my pc has bad airflow and gpu was overheating. bsod would get better when i cleaned out the inside but have got a lot worse. sorry for horrible post i am trying to hurry before bsod

Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz
8 GB RAM
2 additional case fans installed is the only modification done.
I have never done this before and as you can tell I am a novice so I apologize in advance if I have failed to follow any rules/guidelines.
