Windows 7 Ultimate OEM for System Builders-Hung on "Completing Install

I'm trying to install a Windows 7 Ultimate OEM x64 DVD that I got from NewEgg. It's called "For Systembuilders".

It does the first phase of the install OK and reboots.

it goes through a similar looking process, this time displaying a 100MB partition, and the other drive.

it goes through the following phases before hanging indefinately on "Completing Installation" at the end:

Copying Windows files
Expanding Windows files
Installing features
Installing updates
-> Hangs on Completing Installation

It does not lock up, it just does nothing.. Forever.. You can move your mouse and move it over the X and see it animate..
Can anyone tell me how to get my copy of OEM Ultimate x64 installed?

Kinesis1, welcome to SF.
Do you have all sorts of devices plugged into the mobo as well. I would try this process again and only have the target hard drive and one optical drive plugged in. Remove all other usb and sata devices from the mobo. During my installation I found that a card reader connected to one of my usb headers was malfuntioning and creating some havoc.

In addition this can happen in that phase when a device hangs during driver install. You can actually enter the Device Manager using this method to uninstall any device showing in error (usually the Display) to allow it to complete installation, then install the latest driver from desktop: Device Manager - Access During Windows 7 Installation
