BSOD when surfing, browsing drives and system shutdown

I have included the files as required in the rules. I have a clean install with nearly no programs installed. I was getting the BSOD's with only W7 and MS Security essentials installed. I have installed a new ram stick, new PSU and two of everything else in the computer has already been replaced. Please take a look at my files and for the love of pete, someone help me. I have been getting BSOD's for 2 years since I built this machine. I attached my system specs as a notepad file.

The most recent were caused by a memory exception (usually a driver). What version of net framework are you running?

Please run these two tests

1-Memtest.

*Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

*Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

2-Driver verifier

I'd suggest that you first backup your data and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

I will do driver verifier. As for the Ram, Memtest has been done twice with 0 errors and i am currently running a new stick of ram I just bought from Newegg b/c I was thinking the same thing. Memory....not the cause. The slots can't be the issue either, i was initially running a different board. Swapped it b/c I thought it had a problem that was causing the BSOD's. First was an Asus board, current is a Gigabyte. I will post back on the driver situation.
Any way at all this could be caused by the case? As for hardware, i have swapped everything at least once with NEW equipment, except the case itself. I actually built a second machine for my son. If you name it, it has been replaced.

here is something that happened the other day. I did a clean install of Ultimate and it bsod'd 6/7 times while INSTALLING windows. What was that about. I did format the drives, chkdsk returned 0 errors. HDD is new.

Ok, I can't do anything. I can't get the PC to run long enough to do ANYTHING. i have even tried formatting the disk and loading XP. The system is crashing during the install, I will try loading Vista

UPDATE: I cannot install ANY OS. I have tried Vista, W7Ultimate, XP and the pc restarts during the installation process. Like I said, it has to be hardware, not a driver. The drive was formatted prior to EACH install. I will try reflashing the bios even though it is up to date already.
DESPERATELY NEED HELP!

Obviously a hardware problem.

If you are NOT under warranty, and feel comfortable with it, I would pull all the RAM but one stick. I would also disconnect all but the essential hardware (IE leave only the keyboard, mouse, monitor, cpu, mobo).

Try rebooting in safe mode (F8)

I got w7 to install. I have already pulled the ram, I am only running on one brand new stick. It was crashing in safe mode as well yesterday. I am using older IDE disk drives....any chance they are an issue? The pc is running right now, installing windows updates.

It has to be hardware. The pc won't boot not even to the post screen. When I press the power button it starts, all the fans kick on and the light on the DVD drive comes on and stays on. I never get a signal to my video card, the post screen never shows up. What in the world. how could it be my hardware, if I had BSOD's with different mobo, ram, psu and HDD's as well???!!!!!! This sounds like a mobo crash? Could it be due to so many bsod's????!!!!
