I Would like to make a partition on my hard disk

I Would like to make a partition on my hard disk but its only allowing me to make one of 13GB in size. I have over a 100GB space on my hard disk so how can i make the partition bigger? Any help would be appreciated.

Use the Resize function on free Partition Wizard bootable CD which can resize System files not running at boot. It is the most valuable tool we use here in Install forum.
