Win 7 - Mouse Issuses

Hi all

I installed the retail version of Win 7 and I am having problems with my mouse.

I am using the Labtec Ultra Slim Wireless Keyboard and mouse. Every so often my mouse looses the ability to right click etc, the cursor moves around the screen but when I hover over the "start" button it does not glow.

The only way I can get it working again is to Ctrl+Alt+Delete and and then hit cancel. Then I can uses the mouse for a bit more.

I have gone through Device Manager and uninstalled the mouse and keyboard and restarted. I have also tried swopping the usb ports.

Any help please guys :D

lol no it works for a while but if I leave it idle of a bit, then I cant click, Strange thing is I can minimise apps but cant left click on desktop or click the taskbar.

Press just the ALT key and see if it starts to work....

If so, check your preferences / settings and see if there is a certain click combination that is set to either act as a right click, or else if you have sticky keys turned on in Windows.
