Solved How can I get rid of IE9 pop-ups

I searched and didn't see anything like this, so here goes.

This question is how can one stop IE9 from popping up these info-dialogs thingy's at the bottom of the browser window?
(aside from using another browser)

Here is an example of what I'm talking about:

There are more of these like when downloading and doing other things, are these someting that can be dis-abled? or choos'able as to which and when they are seen?.

I would imagine that if you click on the little down arrow to the right of Ask Me Later, you should have the choice of telling it to never ask you again.

Some of these dialogs (i.e. "this site is trying to install an add-on") can't be disabled I think, but maybe someone else knows how to turn them off completely.
