My usb hard drive not getting detected anymore..

150gb eagle usb drive is not getting detected on my desktop or my laptop , i even tried a friends pc didnt work..

what happened was when i was moving files from my portable hdd to my desktop one of the files (8.5gb) was unable to move.. so i skipped it. anyways i was seeing that 10 mins later that the copying "bar" was not moving at all therefore i pressed cancel to stop the operation. seeing after 15mins later it was just frozen i opened task manager and ended it. then plugged it out. no it just doesn't seem to show up at all. I only see the light on the hdd.

Does it show up in the Disk Management? If it does, please post the screenshot of the same.

That's a possibility. When you connect it can you feel it spinning?

Try changing the USB cables.... Sometimes these cables go bad and will cause USB drive to fail.

If you can open the enclosure, remove the HDD from the enclosure and reinsert it back carefully. Check all the connectors.
