What's The Best TV Tuner For My Situation?

Hey All,
So I just graduated High School and start college this coming January. I will have a full schedule and wont have much time for TV. I was wondering which TV tuner would be best for a Dell Inspiron N5010 Running Windows 7 Ultimate. I'd Like to be able to DVR my shows to my laptop and have them to watch during breaks, lunch, etc. Also, I have Verison Fios digital cable. if there's anything on amazon you'd reccommend that'd be great. You can cut quite a few corners for making a stand alone recording rig but to try and get a tuner for your laptop would only be good for live tv not watch on the go you could sack the hd down to 200 but there's a good chance that would be a waste of money i just got a terra drive for the same $$$ as a 200 gig drive

on board sound and video will do just fine actually you don't even need sound just video so you can tell it what to record

this little rig sits at home like a pvr as the shows come on they record. you get home and start the transfer of the days recordings from tower to laptop from the laptop then next day all your new episodes are there

If you say you don't know how to put a computer together you will be the saddest high school student i know
