Taskbar issues I cant understand

I just installed the Technet ISO and all is well with the system however I noticed a difference in the taskbar that I didn't have before.

When I create a desktop shorcut using Chrome for a website and pin it to the taskbar (Gmail) it launches correctly but it opens a new icon on the launch bar as well.

On my betas when I did this the Icon I created would be highlighted and no additonal Icons would be placed on he taskbar.

Anyone know a fix for this?

I had that problem with firefox.. I believe its just a cache fault and it goes away if you restart your computer. To avoid having this problem, run the program then pin it. Just like Sassa said.
